Transfer Fee
Catlin Crest Homeowners Association assesses a Property Transfer Fee on the sale of property within Catlin Crest to be paid by the buyer on the sale of real estate.
The fee is 2x the on-going annual HOA assessment as authorized by the 1st Amendment To 2009 Amended And Restated Declaration Of Protective Covenants, Conditions And Restrictions For Catlin Crest No. 2.
Buyer (or Buyer’s agent) should contact the CCHO Treasurer at [email protected] to confirm current annual HOA assessment and 2x fee.
The fee does not affect current owners or when property is transferred between family members or within a trust.
